Today’s designed prototypes in 2020 are generally smart products by nature, which further gets associated with Internet of Things also called IoT. Thus a new phase in design starts is coding the mobile, PC or cloud based applications as per customers need.
After all prototype development process are complete, then starts the vigorous testing of PCBA, sensors, hardware, fine tuning of microcontroller instructions, fine tuning of instructions, look, style and color of app designed.
Generally a prototype product are not very attractive look wise, for the parameters like product look, color, shape, size, and weight are thought in the next phase of prototype to manufacturing process.

Hello, my dear young and electronic project enthusiastic friends, I know you love to build and play with electronic circuits. In this post I have mentioned some dos and don’ts, to grow your practical knowledge in electronic circuits.
Never start building your first few electronics projects with a big circuit having 10 to 20 plus electronic components or a theme project something like A robotic car or gesture controlled robot or an assignment project been given by your college. Always start building your first few circuits which small 4 to 8 components and get a grip to breadboard connection, making jumper wire, understanding and wiring a small circuit to the breadboard, testing, getting the output etc. You can visit my blog category building small circuit for your small circuit reference.
Never start your first project on a veroboard with soldering concepts rather I prefer breadboard even after 30 years being associated in electronics circuit design and prototype product design concepts.
Purchase some basic tools like wire cutter, tweezers, nose pliers, a small magnifying glass, hot glue gun and glue stick, sharp small knife, small screwdriver set, digital multimeter and very important is a bench power supply with at least 0 to 30 Volts and current 0 to 5AH both adjustable, later on a soldering iron, de-soldering pump, solder wire, solder flux can be added to the tools kit. Your tools and how you use and maintain them proves your love and regards to your subject.
Purchase some basic components like resistors, capacitors, diode and LED’s, transistor NPN and PNP types, some simple sensors like LDR, infra photodiode, infra LED, NTC and PTC type of temperature-dependent resistors, condenser microphone, switch SPST, SPDT, DPST and DPDT, some output device like speaker, buzzer, small PMDC motor. Once you love building small practical circuits along with your engineering studies, make it a habit at least building one circuit a week that is around 50 plus circuits you will build up in a year. If you can use even 3 years of your engineering in my direction I challenge world will be proud to recruit electronics engineers having full theoretical and hands on practical expertise’s and exposure.
